What is TiVo KidZone?
With TiVo KidZone, you'll never be surprised by what your kids are watching. Now you can personalize your TiVo settings to display just the shows you pre-approve for your kids, every time the TV is on—both live and recorded TV. When enabled, TiVo KidZone keeps the parents' Now Playing List from the kids'.
TiVo KidZone is easy-to-use: Just enter your child's age, and appropriate rating and channel limits are automatically set for you. You can also override the rating information and decide which programs to allow/hide in TiVo KidZone.
TiVo KidZone is smart: Browse KidZone Guides to discover new, high-quality kids' TV shows recommended by a variety of trusted children's organizations; schedule your favorites and the recordings will appear in your TiVo KidZone!
TiVo KidZone is safe: A single password entry will exit TiVo KidZone and return your TiVo® box to full access. After four hours of inactivity, your TiVo box will automatically return to TiVo KidZone (very helpful for those mornings when the kids get up first).
