Bio
Chris Elrod moved to Franklin in 2000. It didn't take her very long to
fall in love with historic Franklin and Williamson County. She looks
forward to bringing the joy of living in Williamson County to everyone, whether they are first time home buyers or
experienced home owners.
Chris enjoys building caring, professional relationships with her
clients. Connecting buyers and sellers with the properties they seek
she carefully assists them throughout their entire transaction. Her
knowledge and experience in the local and national market and real
estate trends will leave you feeling confident in your investment
decisions.
Chris enjoys leading and facilitating various women's groups in her
community. She enjoys traveling and reading for relaxation. She is a
member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association
of Realtors, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Chris
is married and has two daughters along with an adorable Maltese dog
named Taffy.
